Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will unfortunately not be eligible for refund. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Leafbird Home Fragrances reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above policies are not met.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. When returning items to us, please include your order receipt and allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
Please Note: A $9.95 re-shipping fee will be assessed to all shipments that are returned because of failure to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
